My aim with on-line Counselling & Therapy is to try and bring to web-based sessions the benefits that are usually attributed to face to face discussions. On-line Counselling & Therapy is both a rapid and accessible means of communicating on a global basis.
More people are now turning to the Internet for professional counselling and find it to be an ideal way to explore lifes challenges, personal concerns or emotional problems. Some people opt for ongoing counselling whilst others just wish to have a single session for guidance on a specific issue or issues that are affecting their life.
You decide on how you wish to conduct the sessions based on the following options that are available to you, most people will end up using a combination of face to face and on line sessions:

E-mail
E-mail counselling is one mechanism of on-line counselling that may suit your needs. Many find that expressing concerns and/or questions in writing helps to organize and focus on the problem/issue at hand. I will reply promptly. This is useful for one off advice on a specific issue. My charges for replying to councilling related Emails, in full, is €45 per Mail.
Crew Workshops: Bonding & Motivational Days
If there are specific situations on board that could be best
dealt with in group sessions I can facilitate this on location.
1/2 day or day workshops are available which are specifically
tailored to the needs of the crew e.g. interaction problems
between deck or interior crew members. Please E-mail here
